Pretty much all the info is there. How many man hours would this take you, and what would you use?

How would you do it with 2 person crew? How would you do it different with 3 person crew? Thanks

(mods, I am not sure if this is the correct forum, move it if you need)

its more like 2.5 acres of turf. The bottom brown area has to be mowed also, the pic just shows it shortly after seeding. What mower(s) would you use for that time?

    pretty wide open, 3 guys @ 20 - 25 minutes. would have 2 guys on 72" Z's and 1 guy trimming.

1 of my maint crews runs a couple of 72" Z's and a 61" WB, I run 3 man crews. would probably use that setup for this property.
