I bought a dump insert that I plan to install in my 2000 Dodge Ram. I'm not sure what needs to be done to install it. I'm guessing it needs to mount to the frame of the truck somehow. Do you use the factory bolts that hold the truck bed on?

Any info or installation tips would be much appreciated.

    Thanks.

What type of dump insert? Do dodges have the bolts that hold the bed on exposed? I don't remeber seeing them on my buddies truck it might just be me though?

I just put one in our 06 Ford. We bought a Downeaster and there was no drilling required (for Fords). You just have to measure correctly and you will probably have to drill holes in the bed. If you need a hand give me a call,814-504-0286.
