Tire steps, what if you forget?

    They look very useful. But sooner than later I'm going to drive off with it still mounted on the tire.

    Does anybody know if any of the many tire step products out there will reliably fall off the tire on the first revolution as you drive off?

    Nope, just leave a post it note on the steering wheel or seat. Thats what we do when we re working under our dump bodies and have the safety props. Dont wanna try to lower the body on the prop too much and cause damage. Leave somethin on the seat as a reminder or something.. They make some nice over engine steps too that roll away like a stocking ladder, but theyre around $250.00
