too late to bid for commercial work?

    i was just wondering about commercial account bidding.with my business in the northeast ,am i too late to submit commercial bids with april almost here?if not ,any proven tips to obtaining commercial accounts?any types of properties to avoid?thank you!

    I personaly think it is to late to get the bulk of possible commercial properties. I did 4 bids for commercial places in the past 2 weeks but i think they were just behind schedule on their bids. You might get a few straglers.

    I get calls in May and June for bids. Just depends on the company, I guess

    Several bids around here were due about 30-45 days ago. I'm sure there is a few others still hanging around, somewhere.

    Most of the commercial bidding in my area is over by January. Sorry bud think you missed it this year.
