we have a mature bradford pear about 30' tall and mature. is it too much to try to remove it myself with some help from friends?

you can see in the pic the small tree just to the left front of it (i forget the name)...and to the right, you can see one of the branches of our old maple tree.

just want to remove the pear tree to open up the front left side of the house...we don't need it cause we have large maple trees and other small dogwood tree.

If you're not totally confident, then don't try it yourself.

Not to be off subject, or anything....but THAT is a BEAUTIFUL tree! A bit of some proper trimming, and some thinning, and that would be gorgeous!
