Just made an appointment with an attorney to set up my business. Once i file all my legal docs the next step will be insurance, then meeting with an accounting firm. Any advice on things i should ask these guys?

You may be able to save a few steps in the process. Some CPA's can do this for you or at least know someone who can.

I was reccomended by the cpa i will be using to go to him. His charge is 25-50dollars for comsultation and filing. Seems like a deal to me.
