I've got a F550 with a 9' contractor's dump body and the double tool boxes that mount behind the cab. I added two 2x12 boards to raise the bed sides. I'm trying to figure out a good way to carry shovels, rakes, pitch fork, etc out of the way but mounted on the truck. I don't want to keep carrying them around in the bed, sooner or later they will get dumped or crushed by something, or I'll leave them on a job.

Looking for ideas, what have some of you done to address this?

We have all of our stuff in pvc tubes with rubber locking thing like you see on tow trucks on the insides and on the dumps. So far it works great they are out of the way and neat and always there when you need them
