Tool To Pull Echo Carb Plugs

    This is the tool for removing plugs in Echo carb...2.5mm 91075. It has reverse treads just screw it in CCW and pop them out. Almost all echo have at least one and most of high end have two.

    Are those Snap-on side cutters hiding in the shadow? :)

    That's sexy, but a small #4~6 sheet metal screw works just as good if not better! Just screw it into the cap and pull with yer pliers.

    So are these plugs designed to be put back in or is removal a one time deal?

    You could push em back in if you want, but why bother?

    No they are a requirement by epa to make the needle tamper proof, but no problem running with them out. These machines just won't run right after about 3 years unless you adjust them. I see many many guys on here replacing carb and no reason hardly to every do that on echo stuff.
