Ok folks, I am attempting to level my lawn again this year, except this time I am going to do the entire yard. Here is my plan, please let me know what you think. What I am working with 10000 sqft of hybrid Bermuda I am going to start the project the weekend of june 1st . I am going to have a buddy come by and cut and bag the lawn with his Walker at the lowest setting. I just put my McClane reel in the shop, as soon as it gets out I am going to go over the lawn with it and cut it lower than the Walker. Then I am going to apply fert... That's where I am confused, I have heard of people applying 46-0-0, then I have been told to apply other things. Whats your recommendation? Then I am going to apply, spread, and drag 8 yards of what I am considering "river sand". No one down in these parts know what river sand is... I am pretty much copying this process... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JFbuj6_Uaes besides the aeration, I have already aerated once this year. Please let me hear your thoughts.
