Before we put in an irrigation system I would like to top dress with 1-2" of top soil and then level it-not changing the overall contour but filling in small low spots and mole divots. I have a 5' tiller but I don't want to kill and till...I don't want to start all over. I figured I'd scatter it roughly with a tractor and loader and then spread it with something else. I have a grader blade which I could pull reversed. I also could pull a metal gate or livestock paneling. I would have to buy or rent a landscape rake or box scrapper. After that I would install the irrigation and then overseed. What will be the best method of spreading the topsoil? I have a 25 and 50 hp tractor. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks, Lloyd
