I love the service but struggle with just one key point: Completed service pricing. When getting loaded I can haul 10-12 yards on the large truck. One loader gives me the flat amount & another makes it a little chunkier (so it seems). Our average service is 5-6 cubic yards. All estimates are done by phone & maps.google. I can see their lawn size & give them a one cubic yard window with an upto such-n-such cubic yards estimate. Occasionally the yard is severely stressed & needs more material or it's just a bit larger n person. Either way I struggle with pinpointing exactly how much compost we've spread. I would prefer to go to a price per buggy spread rate, like $27/ buggy for example then when running three machines we might all squeeze the pitch counter after spreadiing each buggy. This way I can plainly state that your lawn took 19 buggies & at $27/buggy that will be....any better thought plan out there?
