i have a toro 21 commercial with bbc and it keeps losing power and bogging down. i have to clean the carb every couple lawns and it is really starting to get old. any suggestions to what i could do to prevent this from happening. it is still under warranty but the toro dealership said there is nothing wrong with it.

Just sounds like you have dirty fuel. Clean the fuel tank and fuel cells and add fresh fuel.

How do you clean the carb? If you take it apart take the main jet out and bore it out to no more then 26 thousands using a very small drill bit! put a in line fuel filter between the tank and carb. Have you adjusted the valves? does it have a good clean air filter? New spark plug? is the gov set right? move the spring down to the last whole on the lever. Hope this helps!

I wouldn't bore the main jet out. A good cleaning wouldn't hurt.
