What's the productivity for lets say mowing something like soccer fields?

Nic4e looking machine. I am running 2-3 machines a year. I just sold one and have two left. Why you selling? My biggest is 40 acreas. You can knock off some area pretty fast with these machines. Just know your maintaince - very crucial with this type of machine. I have ran bearing out -grease less ones - no good a machine like this. A few re-lay switches but once your used to the machine and how to fix - your good to go!

    Mows up to 9.9 acres/hr (4.0 hectares/hr) at 8 mph (12.4 km/hr). Assumes no overlap or stops.

I really don't need this mower but I'm curious if it's the 55hp diesel motor? Seen a lot of these bring $14-18K around here.
