2012 Grandstand with 48" deck and 20hp Kawasaki. Has 494hrs on the clock. Tires have one more season on them. I am about the change all the fluids and filters for whoever buys it.

    $4500

Correction. I don't think its a 2012 because it has the variable speed lever.

The machine is a 2010 model. I am traking it to the dealership tonight to have the variable speed drive issue (that all of the earlier grandstands had) fixed. By the time I get it back, it will have completly new steering controls as well as any other warantee item that Toro put out.

Nothing at all. Actually got a really good deal on this one so I bought it to sell it. Just dropped it off at the dealer to have all of the linkage replaced in order for get it fully up to date.
