I bought a 2010 24hp 52" Toro Grandstand 3 weeks ago, which is my first story but one of many commercial mowers that we run. From day one I had problems, at .5 hours the hydro reservoir overflowed and the blade clutch started kicking off. Took it to the dealer and they changed out the blade switch and fixed fluid level that had been overfilled from the factory. Got the machine back same day started mowing and blade clutch started kicking off again take it back to the dealer and they said they would start digging deeper. 5 days goes by I stop by to check on the machine and they tell me they believe it is the clutch magnets are out of alignment and will get it back to me ASAP. Not a big deal we have backup machines. While I was at the dealer the Toro rep for my dealer happened to be there and the owner of my dealer pointed out that I was the owner of the machine that has been in the shop the first 2 weeks of me owning it. He didn't have the courtesy to even say hi or apologize for the inconvenience. I get the machine back on Friday and the clutch starts acting up again, bring it back and the problem is finally identified as a ground that was never tightened down from the factory. The machine runs like a dream now and the quality of cut is second to none. I have been in business for 7 years and have never come across a dealer as responsive and dedicated as Sno White Power Equipment. I just want you to know that if it wasn't for Paul's customer service and his mechanics dedication your rep would have lost you a customer. I just want you to be aware that your rep is tarnishing a reputation that your dealer protects and your equipment defines.
