Toro M#30166 S#60484 has Hydro Gear PL-8600-DYZX -XXX BDP-10L-130P pumps with lock rings around what is usually the bypass relief, the sticker on the mower says to set the pressure with these, and I'm trying to figure out how to move this mower without jacking up the rear end. I don't want to back off these bypasses if I have to set the pressure out of these pumps, any ideas? On any other application, this is the normal bypass relief to roll the machine when it is not running, what do I need to know, before I can roll this MWB around?

Check for manuals on toro.com. Most hydros have "push" valve that you just turn out 1/2 turn to let oil bypass allowing you to push machine. Manuals will tell you how to adjust that valve on this one.
