I have a 2003 Toro 44 Hydro Proline that I bought new in crate last year. I love the cut but hate the pistol grips. I have been reading about the ECS conversion kits that Exmark used to offer and am hoping I can track one down. Has anyone done this conversion and would you recomend it? Did you do it yourself or let your dealer handle it? I got the mower for a steal and would like to use it more if it werent for the controls. My GS and 52 WB have the T2 controls and those are the bomb.

    Thanks

I had a 52" lesco wb. I changed the pistol grip to a toro T bar. I used the

Toro parts book. Ordered parts from toro. Did the work myself.

You have a Toro T-2. use that as a guide. I can send a photo of the Lesco.

    I replaced the Lesco with a 2000 pro-line. ed

Thanks, I should have added that I like to T-2's but are not terribly fond of the original T-Bar. I did check with my local exmark dealer and the distributor has a couple of conversions left in stock. I have one on the way to me. If I dont like what I see or I think it wont work, I can always return or resell it. Anybody else running one like this?

    Thanks
