I did a search and found some stuff about different blades, but these are brand new Gators.

The uncut grass is a stripe down the middle of each pass.

I double checked the blade length and they overlap about 1".

    Any ideas???

I had the same problem with my proline at first with gators. My dealer sold me the wrong ones, and in high grass it was a real problem. Then I got to talking to the exmark dealer and he told me what the problem was. Mine is a fixed deck, and this model used the exmark deck on it and not toros. My dealer sold me the ones for the toro deck, which fit but dont go with the design of the deck. The exmark dealer set me up with a set of the right gators, and problem fixed. Its too bad it took me a half a summer to figure what was going on. The exmak gator have a much greater cutting area for the same sized blade compared to the toro gators. Gators where new to me and I didnt know the difference. I can still leave uncut grass, but this is in very heavy grass, and I almost always double cut to help reduce clipping even more.
