toro time cutter z goes in circles

    help my 42 in toro time cutter z,2004 model lost l/hydro drive no power f or r.pulley turning normal,control arm stif to move w/engine running not smooth like r/side.when engine off both control arms feel same.thanks

    You may have air in your hydro system. Jack up the back... start it up... and Push the sticks forward and back several times. This may help your problem.

    I believe one of the springs that operate the hydro contrl arms has broken, Had a similar problem with my 2003 Timecutter Z. The springs are located under the rear of the mower. There is one for each control arm. Look at your parts manual for the exact location of the springs for your specific model.
