I need an OCDC for a 48" and 52" Toro Turbo Force decks. The factory Toro version OCDC opens inward/outward like an adjustable baffle, but I would prefer an up and down OCDC. I do not want a powered chute, nor do I want to spend $300 per unit. I have been researching most of the brands, but they all seem to have a lot of controversy regarding their installation and performance issues. Cast your votes!!!! Thanks.

Has any one tried one of those factory Toro ocdc chutes that go on under the original chute? If so, what did you pay?

I got one for my Z last year. I think it was around 170-200 or so and some change. Dont remember exactly, but I know it was less then 300. I bought it new from the dealer and it is an original Toro part. I think you should look around some more. 300 seems a little steep.

Yeah i just had it put on, but i haven't used it yet. It seems to be a pretty solid system. I demoed it at my dealer about 4 months ago and it worked great.

Take a look at the advance chute system. We use them and also sell them.
