No one really likes toro on here. I have an 2011 60" and love it. What info was you looking for?

Hmm i always thought toro was the cream of the crop with scag and exmark I had a few questions how is the quality of the cut, quality of the stripes it can lay down how does it do in wet/damp grass I've been reading it can clump pretty bad, does the 22 horse Kawi perform good in tall grass or is it underpowered I was also concerned about the size of the rear tire I think it like a 23x9.5x12 seemed a little small to me for a commercial mower I was thinking a tire that size might affect it on hills and or slopes

We have the exact one you are talking about, but we mostly bag with it. The mower is great. The 5000 series would be a little better in some areas, but overall they are pretty close. It stripes about average - if you want wicked stripes, I'd get the kit. Engine has PLENTY of power but she IS thirsty too. Doesn't clump unless you might mow in rain?? Hills no problem - all about the operator - some skill and experience, I can put that puppy up a bank so steep it would shock you. Overall very happy with it - next mower will be a 5000 but no complaints. Get the suspension seat tho!!!! We have 3 toro zeros and love em.

Does the bigger price tag justify buying the 5000 series? doesn't seem like there is a very big difference little bit bigger engine and bigger fuel tank I was thinking the pumps are the same size

the 5000 series has bigger tires, flat free on the front, bigger gas tank, faster groundspeed, suspension seat, cooling fans on drive system, and the seat raises up for easier access to pumps..... the 27hp efi is also an option on the 52 in. deck.........10k including tax.......the efi is supposed to use 25% less fuel, it wont take long to gain that back on the motor option......

Drive through Dallas and all you will see is Toro on the trailers. Very few scags and exmarks. Almost non existant here in Texarkana tho :/
