Has anyone used the model 480 Trac Vac system for a walk behind. If so how does it work?
They work allot better on walks like the Turf Tracer. The bigger the walk the better.
If you do hills, you might want to go with a side bagger --- accelerators or something like it.
I hate the track vac for my dixie chopper, so i bet i would really hate one on a WB..
I don't remember what model mine is but if you collect a lot of grass its great. At first its a little wierd having it in front of you, but you will get use to it fast. heres a pic
I hate the trac-vac for my dixie as well. This thing just blows dust everywhere and gets clogged all the time. What a POS !!!! Any body want a buy it????
I have one for my Dixie and works great with no clogging.
We have 4 of them, but can do without the dust that vents out the top of the barrel
Thats what I was thinking Rod,that has to be hard on the operater in very dry dusty leaves. and a side note ....another thing(maybe the most) I like about my cyclone rake, the vent is far away from the operator and I havent been bothered .....so far
true wayne, but anything beats a rake and a tarp
LOL been there, done that, I agree with ya!!!!!
