Just a friendly tip: If you want to trade links for SEO purposes this practice probably wont help much. Yes links into your site is a major factor in SEO but it is dependent on the quality of the site that links to you. So it is better to spend time getting quality links as suppose to lots of links.

Quality link = High Google PageRank, lots of traffic, Relates to your site, Has the same keywords as you page ext..

Another tip (and I'll probably come off as an a** by saying this....) - have someone proofread your writing on the "homeandgarden" site. It's pretty bad.... The grammar is horrible. The sentences do not read well at all- it's distracting and unprofessional.

Sorry for the criticism but if you want your page to be a hit, you should start with the simple stuff.
