    take a close of of those welds, they dont look to healthy

    its just the flux residue all over it. i have to remove it before paint.

    what kind of welder are you running and on what setting do you have it??

    I've got 3 trailers. One has a double rear gate. Guys fight over it in the morning. It's so much easier with a split gate. Just an idea.
