I'm going into my second year and wanted to know what type of routine maintenance I should perform on my trailer? I have a tandem axle utility trailer with electric brakes. I check the tire pressure often and just wanted to know what else I should be doing. Thanks for any advice.

grease the axles, check your lights often. Usually do brakes once a year depending on use.
