Here is a nice picture of his trailer.
is that some sort of load retainer blanket on the top of the truck?
Thanks for posting my picture.
Yes that is a load cover by Pioneer.
Wow, a very nice set-up, is that Ford deisel?
it has the diesel and 5spd torqueshift auto. I love the truck. I wish the mileage was a little better. I get about 10.5 mpg.
what year is that 6.0L? Have you checked it for oil leaks yet?
that looks sharp!!!
I bought the f550 in july 2004 and it has been in for service for oil leaks. An injector, valve cover and something else that I can't remember. I love the engine, but since it is so new it is incredibly enxpesive for maintenance. If I do an oil change myself it is around $60. I just had it at the dealer yesterday for an oil change and 15k checkup. I cost me $291, $185 of it was for parts for oil, fuel and oil filters. However that is just the cost of doing business. The automatic is great. This is the first auto I have had in a truck. I have always been a manual guy. I still miss the stick sometimes, but I am planning on getting a class 7 truck this year so I will get a 8 or 10 speed to cure that problem.
When the snow is gone and I get the inside done up I will wash the rig and take some better pictures.
