Not sure where exactly to put this but.....We need to install about 50 tree gator 20 gallon watering bags around some newer trees at a commercial site we maintain. Can get the bags for about 15.00 each cause of a quantity discount. problem is, they need to be refilled weekly or every other week. How would you price something like this? Needs to be watered for basically the rest of the summer until these trees get established more.

    50 gator bags- 14.67 each $733.50
    Shipping- 40.00 --- $773.50

Now the tricky part. Figure it would take about 5 minutes per bag to refill, including driving around, etc. Round it way up and say like 5 hours, with travel.

Figure this would need to be done about 6 more times this season. Possibly more.

    I would figure Labor + Hauling + Water X 6.

Then figure what your overhead is per hour, and see if you need to adjust your final estimate.
