Not actually sure if i'm in the right section to post this but anyways...

I would like to know if you guys usually charge by the hour, by the job, or give a price for a season to take care of some shrubs, hedges etc.

Let's say you have 5 round cedar shrubs, like 2-3 foot high, that takes like 2mins to trim, what method of price would you use?

If you have a customer that you service every year that has 8 shrubs to fertilize & prune, how do you charge him?

I have an internal cash register that is based on an imaginary $/hr. baseline... I estimate the time for me and adjust according to what the percieved value would be for them... Of 20 minutes of pruning doesn't touch the minimum, so there better be other things going on...
