I priced out one here to move a 12' Umbrella Pine a customer was going to give me. It ran $250 per hour with a 4 hour minimum, just to give you some ideas.

Are you talking about a tree spade that attaches to a Skid Steer Loader??? If you are they are kind of tricky. Your loader needs to have counter weights on it.

I guess you would do well if there is a demand in your area.

How big of a tree spade are you talking about? The ones for skid steers are good for small stuff, and moving it around from one place on a property to another. The guys who have tree spades by me have them on the backs of 10 wheelers. 1 spade per 10 wheeler. 10 wheeler can't be used for anything else once the spade is on.

im talking the size of spade that fits on a big truck like a mack. i don't want to mess with the little stuff. most guys around here have big ones and they do it all those.
