Trimming Bushes

    Making my first bid ona commercial property tomorrow which will include trimming bushes!! Just wondering how many times in a season do you trim bushes and in what months. Thanks

    I trim 2 times a year, once in spring (when i do the spring clean up) a once in the fall.

    Hi ToddS,

    If you know the type of bush, you can do a quick search to see how often they need trimming.

    I'm just starting out too,Todd,but to keep shrubbery looking nice around here(I live in S.C.) it needs to be trimmed more than twice a year,especially if it's been raining alot and/or the customer does alot of watering.A bare minimum would be once at the beginning of the season,once at the end and at least once(probably twice)in between,IMHO.Good luck.

    I average 12-14 trims per season with no cleanup
