I have a troy bilt tiller for sale that has seen very little use in the last few years. I have put in a new spark plug, air filter, and changed the engine and transmission oil this spring. It still needs the carb to be rebuilt from using ethonal fuel in it. I'm asking $250 for it and am willing to ship at buyers exspense. I will leave this up till sold and will list on CL this next weekend.

    PM if interested.

Love the old Troy Built tillers.

Too bad it wasn't a Horse or I would be down there to buy it tomorrow.

Its one of the old cast iron models, not the cheaper new ones.

Yep, they just don't make them like they used to.

I've got a larger older Ariens that is basically the equivalent to the troy built horse tiller.

If I didn't already have an old front tine Gilson (Montgomery Ward) for my intermediate tiller I'd buy the pony.

I've tried the newer Bronco too, and MTD just basically ruined the Troy Built tillers. The thing is so light that you can get bite without the tines making it want to shoot off like a rocket.
