So last night I had the remainder of toys put into my Chevy. I got a 10 in plasma put into the truck in the middle of the dash, with a Clarion cd deck, and (2) 12 in subs under the back seats (4 door full size Chevy) that are recessed into the floor for space and look. The sound system is incredible and the tv plays movies so clear it's scary. Anyone have any recommendations or stories to share about what they've done with their trucks?

I use mine as a work truck as well, but also for my own use...nothing like hammering some tunes to get you fired up like Johnny Cash or rap! (I have a very big range of music I like)

Sorry, but most of us guys that run legit bussinesses don't have the extra money to put all that spiffy stuff in our trucks. Now what did I do will all that extra money??? Oh yeah, I paid my taxes... and insurance... lmfao

that makes no sense at all fellas...glad you can entertain yourselves. I have a full time sales account management job that allows me the money to spend on things like this, plus contribute to my parent's farm. Making up lies about me isn't the way to go

    Hey Chevyman1,
No offense, but your post may be generating some bad feelings as it was posted here, in the just starting out forum. This is where generally new guys come to get some help for their business aspect of things, only having to deal with the actual business of lawn care. Your post maybe should go into "off topics" below, where people discuss other hobbies of their lives. Posting it here just makes it seem like you don't take your LCO as seriously as some others have to. And when you keep refering to your sales job, that sort of puts the icing on the cake. The feeling here, is if you are here on this site, you should be trying to concentrate on Lawn Care, at least while you are here, if for nothing else, as a courtesy to everyone else here who participates and lawn care is thier livlihood.
Hope you take this the right way, just offering my perspective.
And by the way, my work van didn't even have a radio in it, it was pure work. My car on the other hand, could revive you from a mild heart attack with the drum beats, but like I said, there is another location for these topics.
    Good luck with the business!

why do you have all that fancy stuff in a work truck? Im assuming it is a work truck? Im not being criticalIm just asking. One of my trucks has a cd player and the other one has a cassette player but nothibg like yours. The more money you put in a work truck the harder you have to work it to pay for it.
