How do yall keep your crew manager happy and loyal? It seems he has alot of power to mess up the company very quickly. Thanks.

    Hi ahill713,

If you can somehow set up a system where your crew manager has a vested interest in performing well, obtaining new customers or selling (up-sells), maybe something like a year end bonus or something similar, it might help keep them focused on growing your company.
They will see what's good for you is also good for them.
