Turf Damage from Echelon

My new lawn service used Echelon on my centipede grass May 12th. Within 4days, grass tips started turning red and patches of lawn became brown. Over the last 2 weeks, new growth has been slow. Although it is not dead, I worry about the stress it's experiencing, especially with the high temperature months rapidly approaching. What suggestions does anyone have for helping lawns recover from damage secondary to herbicide application. Opinions so far have varied:
    1) No further applications of anything...let it recover on it's own
    2) Apply Fe and ammonium sulfate
    3) Apply Milorganite
    4) Apply a slow release fertilizer of 15-0-15, then no further fertilizer/herbicide applications for remainder of summer

    Addtional Info:
Lawn was last fertilized April 12th. Lawn technician claims that Echelon was applied at a rate of 37 fl.oz. per 44 gal.
