what would work best for controlling turf grass and broadleaf weeds that are mixed in with lirope.
I've used sethoxydim, image, and basagran. Fusilade is also labeled.
I've heard of straight 2,4-D and read about low concentration round-up being used but I haven't tried them enough to really start using them.
Low concentration round-up will work but will brown out some of the liriope. Wont kill it just brown it out and then you'll have to pull the brown out.
Fusilade, best bet. Use it all the time in all ornamentals, bushes, etc. Designed for torpedo grass but kills turf grass just the same
