here is a shot straight off my customers digital camera (actually got these this spring).
New development, contractor stripped the topsoil, seeded lawns in 100F in June, no results to speak of. My client rounded up 10 homes to get done, we did 13 or 14 overall.

Here is after, this was from this spring, notice the home in the backgrounds turf hasn't changed much. my client mows it himself, so the edges are a little rough, but this filled in quite nicely.

What process and/or equipment did you use?

double pass aeration with a towed 52" lesco unit and 19" ryan for the small areas. Then used a lesco renovator to pull up all the crap hay and seeded with Double Eagle seed. did half rate applications at angles to eliminate crop-row effect. Topped it off with starter fertilizer. The homeowner liquid limed it (he already had it) after we were finished. Normally I use pelletized lime.
