This job started out as a $250 clean-up and after I told the lady to go down to my schools greenhouse to get her tomatoe plants and my teacher spoke highly of me it turned into a $1400 clean-up and mulch job. Heres some before pics....

I did a $100 cleanup for a lady that I got off of craigslist and she was so happy she told everyone at work and the lady who lives here got my name from her along with another lady for a cleanup and 6yard mulch job. This took 17 yards and 38 manhours. They're painting the house and the painters left a bunch of stuff along the sides of some of the beds which killed a lot of the grass, in the back the whole thing is burn spots from the dog peeing. I'm going back to aerate and overseed next week along with rotatill her vegatable garden that I didn't get pics of and thats going to be a seperate bill. You can't tell but 2 weeks ago they had 12 trees removed for over $3000 and the roof is being redone in July, and I found these people through word of mouth from a craigslist job.

Good looking job but she got more from your $1400.00 than she would have for me.

I agree, I would have been more than that too.

Looks great. Always nice to get the up-sell from your reputation. Did you discuss with her about future maintenence to help protect her investment?
