    CALGARY _ Feasting on hearty agricultural markets, Agrium Inc. (TSX:AGU) has agreed to buy UAP Holding Corp. (NASDAQ:UAPH) in a US$2.65-billion deal creating the biggest farm-inputs retailer in North America.Agrium announced Monday it is offering US$39 per share in cash for UAP, a premium of 30 per cent over Friday`s closing price on the Nasdaq marker.The $2.65-billion transaction, which includes $487 million of assumed debt, follows the $590.5-million takeover of U.S. farm-supply provider Royst

    I saw that today too. They're going to inherit $487 MILLION in debt too. NOT GOOD!
