Do you pay for, or have you heard of other companies having employees paying for there work clothes (shirts, jackets, ect. with the company name)? We go through a lot of bug spray as well, I have been supplying all of it to this point. Should my employees be bringing some of there own? It gets expensive after awhile.

You do!!!! Do you want your guys in ripped shirts? No!
What if they get bitten by something and have to go home?

Its cheap insurance on your part, uniforms, bug sprays, water, ice.....etc..

That's like asking your employee's to pay for you advertising. I pay for it all and always have. Same with bug spray and Dew, otherwise they would be stopping to buy it all day.

Absolutely ! Buy it yourself or you never know what they may wear to work, i want anyone working for me to be wearing the same shirts, and i make sure theres plenty of mosquito spray, wasp spray, and a cooler Full of Cold Water in the truck.
