I like the way Mr. Reid works. I'd like to think we're a lot alike.
Franchises are dangerous , some are ok but they are really just a modern form of gangsters , they take a piece of the pie even when there is not a pie ." Once you get in you cant get out" like Tony said in Godfather .
No seriously be carefull you have alot of rights as an employee , but being a franchise is like being an employee without the rights .
Talked with them at the GIE+Expo and a bit later via phone. From my understanding, it's commercial based, not focused on any residential. Not really my cup of tea. And you better be in a good demographic area.
