We have heard this before I think this is a re-run but please enlighten the newbies so they don't get caught up in it.

My first post tells it all. Trust me. If they call.......say " HELL NO" and run like they have the plague. There a bunch of late paying/no paying sob's! On a good month you will get a check 45-60 days after invoice date.

    Example:

    Invoice Date:5-31-05
    Received check:8-01-05
    Elapsed Time:62 days

    Invoice Date:6-30-05
    Received check:8-15-05
    Elapsed Time:46 days

    Invoice Date:7-31-05
    Received check:9-16-05
    Elapsed Time:47 days

    Invoice Date:8-31-05
    Received check:10-25-05
    Elapsed Time:55 days

    Invoice Date:9-30-05
    Received check:11-16-05
    Elapsed Time:47

    Invoice Date:10-31-05
    Received check:12-20-05
    Elapsed Time:50 days

    Invoice Date:11-30-05
    Received check:Still waiting
    Elapsed Time:50 days

Called and left mesage-Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Today
I sent a email and got a response! Payment still hasent been sent out. Go figure!

    Invoice Date:12-31-05
    Received check:what a joke
    Elapsed Time: who knows?

if they pay that late why do you still service them. if its says due on xxdate of the month STOP service when they call tell them pay up if they get someone else to do it you sue them for breech of contract. i be damned if ill work for free. if more people did this maybe they would get the message.

Easy on the guy there Clark Lawn.... It seems he is coming to us to warn us to not work for them. Also he is venting to what is supposed to be his friends..... Don't be so harsh with him. Good luick to him getting his money. I do agree that if they are that slow to pay then stop working for them.

It seem to me that they are paying. Most of my commerical customers pay anywhere from 30 to 60 days out. I don't mind as long as they pay. However if it's peanuts then I'd drop them.

No luck needed. Seems to me they are paying 45-60 days. Lots of commercial accounts have this kind of payment schedule.
