Use of chemicals laws

    I have a question concerning legal use of chemicals for fertilization or weed control. Do you have to have a separate license of some sort besides your business license to apply chemicals, whether granular or spray? I assume that laws regarding this vary by state, so if anyone knows about the specifics for Georgia, it would be great to hear from you. Thanks.

    Yes, you need a license. This subject has been beat like a dead horse. You will find all you want to know, and then some, by using the search button.
  3. Near the top of this forum there is a "sticky" thread with the title "Licensing In all States!!"

    That should be a clue that one can find information about licensing, in all states, in that thread
