    Hi all,

I'm just a homeowner with a big yard, and is considering stepping up to a commercial style mower. I found a John Deere F620 with 400 hours for $4500. 23 hp/48 deck. This is a front mount ZTR.

I was wondering if anyone had experience with this mower and could also comment on the benifts/ short comings of the front mount design. Deere has discontinued this style (in favor of the mid mounts?) so I'm wondering if I'm backing a loosing horse. I am also considering the Hustler Fastrak and potentially the small commercial brands (Mini Z, Cub Tank, Scag Tiger Cub) but that jumps me up into the $6200+

    Thanks in advance.

I had a 620 for demo. a 54" deck and bagger. was not happy

with it on my small hill. If you have a 48 with a 23 hp should be ok

mine had a 7k price. Gave it back bought a Scag STHM or 3 wheel.

I have the F F915 I hate it I also have a MTD ProZ (cub tank) and love it. THe JD is very difficult to cut straight lines with and take up too much room. We have the smaller jd front mount at work and when they want the place to look extra good they hire us to bring our Walker in to cut and strip the lawns.
