I have some equipment to sell and need to find out what price range I should ask. All of the equipment is in good shape and maintained on a regular schedule. I’ve looked at eBay for comparative pricing, but it’s not really any help.

60” Exmark ZTR. 25HP Kohler. About 900 hours.

52” Exmark ZTR w/ UltraVac collection system. 25HP Kohler. About 825 hours.

48” Exmark Turf Tracer HP w/ ECS controls. 17HP Kawasaki FH500V. I don’t know the hours, but it hasn’t been used much.

All the equipment is 2-3 years old. I’m reducing my equipment inventory.

    Thanks for your help.

Call your local Exmark dealer and ask them. They will be able to tell you what you should expect to get for each piece. payup

I think you should ask around $4500 for the 60", around $4900 for the 52", and around $2,700 for the Turf Tracer. I know that around my area I could get close to or more than these prices with enough time. Put an ad in a good classified paper and you will sell it eventually. Also be sure to clean them as good as possible. I degrease the engine, wax the paint, and Armor-all the tires.

A good dealer should have a Lawm Mower "Blue Book". I sold an Exmark a few years back and asked the dealer what is was worth. He pulled out his "blue book" and looked it up for me.

    I'm in New Orleans.

My dealer said he thought both the 60" and the 52" would bring around $3500 and he thought $1800 for the 48".

Those seem low and I wonder if he might have some customers that are looking for used equipment and trying to throw them a deal.

That's a long way off from the estimated prices above.

    Any ideas?
