Using gopher and quickbooks questions

    I want to use gopher for the scheduling and route/daily work sheets but want quickbooks for billing/invoices/expenses and reports. I have been using gopher for over a year now, works great, but I have quickbooks pro 2009 sitting here and not even using it. How could i some how use both these programs without having to double entry and possibly make mistakes? I think gopher is an excellent scheduling software but quickbooks is a great accounting software. Please don't mention a express for quickbooks because I don't see paying for a software every month when I have these two softwares already. Any advise?
