When are you going to use these engines, and are they going to replace the Kawi on the L/C Lazer?

The 35hp looks great with over 50 ft/lbs of Torque from Idle to redline!

    Here's an interesting picture....Look Familiar?

    It's kinda like this.

As with any engine it must pass all of our tests and criteria before we will put them on an Exmark. I can't really comment if the new Vanguards have or have not been tested but I can assure you that NO engine will go on an Exmark until it's completed and passed our test program.

Incidentally there are at least four engines being used by our competitors that did not pass our test program.

Terry if eXmark does ever but a B&S engine on a lazer or one or more of the wb's i'd give them a try i like my Kawi and all but i'd be more than willing to try a big bad B&S L/C on say a 72"

    Lazer Z,

Thanks for the input. The Vanguard line of engines is actually pretty good depending upon the horsepower range your talking about. We used to use the 16 hp Vanguard and that engined would hold it's own with anybody. Time will tell on some of the other models.
