We're just looking for a little input on what everyone here uses to get rid of weed vegetation for new lawn installs? As of right now we round-up the existing weeds, wait a couple weeks for them to die out, and come back and rip whats left up with the TR-3. After doing some research, the best thing we have seen that removes vegetation is a reverse tine tiller. I know there are a few machines like rota-dairon that claim to do this better, but as far as we can tell it's nothing more than a reverse tine tiller with a roller on the back so we can leave the tractor in float. Seems nice but not for 11 grand. What do you guys use?
