    I was wonndering if you could put a velky on 32'' walkbehide mower or smaller?

    Yes...I've even used one on a 26" Sarlo high wheel mower with 8hp engine and no steering controls (but you could still steer it, like steering a hand truck).

    What is your biggest concern with using it on a small mower? Traction, mower balance, engine horse power? To a point, the mower could be too small, but I've never encountered a typical commercial walk behind mower that it wouldn't work on until you get down to a homeowner 21" mower with 6inch dia wheels and 5hp. Even then, I bet it would pull me on flat ground. I've seen a guy on roller blades being pulled by a mower that small, but obviously I would not recommend that for safety reasons.
