Very Bad Experience with G6 Blades

    I'll have to upload pics of the 10in Magnum edger blade that snapped in the same place and send to you. I was lucky it broke and was driven into the ground.

    I just wanted to let everyone know that I talked to Dennis today and got everything taken care of. Him and I came to an agreement and Ill be sending him the set of blades back. He apologized for the delay and he was excellent customer service rep. Apparently he was out last week due to a few reasons and that was part of the reason for the delay.

    Good to hear.

    Dennis is the kind of rep that all companies should have working for them. I was sure he'd take care of you.

    Yeah I agree that it would be great if someone like him worked everywhere. Especially companies like dish/direct, Verizon/AT&T and charter/Comcast.
