Hard Fescue, Chewings Fescue, Creeping Red Fescue & Perrenial Rye - 23% each
    Poa Trivialis - 8%

I hydroseeded a dense forest area in Lexington, KY with this mixture a few years ago at 8 lbs/1000 sq. ft. and it is still thick and healthy today with no extra fertilization or irrigation.

    You want the truth?

There doesn't exist a grass seed that will do "well" in the shade,
everything else is just different varieties of plain old fescue.

  7. Lot of truth if more than light shade

best choice is fine fescue blend, maybe 10% bluegrass
Be prepared to overseed every year or two
    Watch the n level

    TTTF, doesn't take much shade

Be careful not to deplete carbohydrate reserves

Adequete sun light when temps below 85 degress necesaary
